Fendi: Furs will take the runway

Fashion house Fendi won an ongoing disagreement with Seoul city government over having furs on the runway in the highly anticipated Fendi fall/winter 2011 fashion show in Seoul. The furs will be presented underneath scaled black as a supposed compromise. There were concerns that the show would have to be cancelled after complaints from animals rights activists. Fendi said 'All terms have now been mutually agreed upon. As a result of discussions, Fendi will present the full range of the fall winter lifestyle collection, which includes a diverse range of items'. Fendi also said it will host a design competition for Korean college students next year and those eligible will win an internship!
